The theme of today's challenge is AnimalKingdom.
The AnimalKingdom can be referred to as a group of natural objects which includes all living animals and also the extinct ones.
According to biology, AnimalKingdom can be two kinds: The vertebrates and Non Vertebrates.
In the case of the vertebrates, the animals have backbones of which we as humans are examples.
While the Non Vertebrates do not have backbone and Jellyfish is an example.
But today, i will center on a vertebrate called the Fish.
Beautiful
Fishes are of different kinds. I love the sight of them. Take a look at the picture above and see how beautiful they are.
Fishes could be of the freshwaters or of the salt waters. Those of the freshwaters are those that live in waters of low salinity(low salt content).
*European Sea Sturgeon.
While the saltwater fishes are those that live in waters of high salinity(high salt content).
*Queen angelfish.
Uses of Fish.
Fihes can be used as food for man. There is a shimmery substance found in fish scales used for pearlescent effect.
What is gotten from Fish.
Also, Fish is a low-fat quality protein and also contains Vitamin D and B2(Riboflavin). Fishes also are rich in minerals such as iron, Zinc, Iodine etc. Calcium for healthy teeths n strong bones are also found in fishes.
In Conclusion , eating fish is very important in healthy diet
