This is so me right now. Being in a relationship should not change a person. People go into relationships themselves and in a little while you begin to notice a few negative traits. If you can ask a woman out seeing all she was (and don't get me wrong am talking of a positive personality) then I see no reason why you try to change them. Love, inspire and build upon what attracted you to me in the first place.
