There are various festivals around here in Hokkaido.
The place called Kumaishi is festival abalone fishing and it is held as a big event every year.
この時期は北海道ではあちこちで色々なお祭りがあります。
熊石と言う所はアワビ漁が盛んで毎年大きなイベントとして開催されています。
The above photo is a poster this year, but this year it was drinking from lunch at the wine garden, so the story was last year.
上の写真は今年のポスターですが、今年はワインガーデンでお昼から飲んでいたので、話は去年の事です。
This festival is to say that we are lining up for abalone early in the morning, so it takes 3 hours lightly from Sapporo by car, so we went out with staying from the previous day.
このお祭りはアワビ目当てに朝早くから並ぶとの事で、札幌から車でも軽く3時間はかかるので、前の日から泊まりで出かけました。

その下の函館までは車で約5時間です。

朝からアワビの販売とバーベキューの炭や網をイベント本部の方たちが用意して下さるので各自持ち込んだ食材でバーベキューを楽しみます。

So, someone can interact with someone you do not know about, and somehow somehow brought some people near the locals a lot to share various things.
こんなでかい網のバーベキューの台が何台もあって各自空いたところでやります。なので、誰かと必ず相席のようになります。
誰か彼か知らない人と交流がもてますし、それになぜか地元付近の方は多めに持ってきて色んなものを分けてくださいます(笑）
I wonder if I should go next year again ~
また来年は行こうかな～😊
