During this week, we are going to explore using specific tones to activate the body's energy centres - The Chakra system.
Today, we are activating the Throat Chakra, or Vishuddha.
This is the the first of the three "spiritual" chakras. It covers the regions of the thyroid, parathyroid, jaw, neck, mouth, tongue, and larynx.
When the fifth chakra is aligned it enables you to speak, listen, and express yourself from a higher form of communication.
As well as carrying out the chant, you may wish to visualise colour during the process. The colour associated with this Chakra is deep sky blue.
If you are repeating, the toning starts at 5 mins 50 seconds.
