This photos are taken in Lika-Senj County, the least populated in Croatia but it includes the Plitvice Lakes National Park and North Velebit National Park, some of Croatia's major tourist attractions.
Velebit rewilding area is one of the wildest areas of the whole Mediterranean. The area hosts a biosphere reserve, several hiking trails, old-growth forests, deep canyons, ancient open lands and wildlife like Balkan chamois, red deer, brown bear, wolf and lynx.
On these photos you can see Velebit and my dog, beagle Bella. Like most people around the world, we are cooped to be in isolation due to Corona virus and that's why it's just two of us. In Croatia we are trying to stay home as more as possible, work from home and keep in mind that we are saving someones life this way.
So, until this crisis doesn't calm down, stay home and dream about traveling and about where you will go next to celebrate life! Stay safe! 馃挍
