## The term NFT stands for-

N- Non
F- Fungible
T- Token
Soooo I know It's a bit confusing and means nothing to you if you are a newbie. So think bout this! You are an artist and you held an auction to showcase & potentially sell your Art works but This time the Art is digital (mostly) & the money is not fiat its crypto. This is what nft is. Now artists can sell their digital artwork to anyone and receive the payments through crypto by minting their art works in the blockchain. Wether it's an image,video,gif,music

even some physical goods! But the process minting needs gas fees. Now every other blockchain needs a gas fee to mint your nft. Some platform says its the storage fee. Similar as auction fees. Ammm,,,, Its already a red alert for many of us right? even hive nft platforms require fees. But the famous and the largest nft hosting website opensea.io

gives you the opportunity to mint or host/sell your own NFTs on their platform it does it through polygon blockchain. You can mint as much nfts you want with 0 gas fees.

They do have some commissions from your sells but their nothing to blame about it as it is providing the opportunity to the root level creator. Just like one of my friends nft collection, You can check out his nfts if you want . He is a beginner.
