I can relate ma'am because two days ago, my touch pad suddenly stopped working, and I didn't have access to my phone because it was locked securely

I didn't want to get a new one because of all the data that I store in it, and basically kept postponing the back up

Today, I had to get it checked and fixed, I am happy to say that my phone is back and I am waiting for power supply so I can have it fully charged, then proceed to look into things that I should back up
