It's amazing how I read that most skinny people aren't skinny because they want to but because they are battling with some illness, and then, you are writing about it

Being body sham is a hard experience, I literally told myself I will never get fat anymore after I thin down every fat I had as a child

My grandmother tried, by telling me it isn't that I am sick that makes me look tiny, it's only because I don't like eating

Imagine the same people who laugh because I had lots of fats, now, trying to tell me to add weight after I toned down

People get shocked when I tell them I was once a fat girl, they usually want pictures as proof, but being someone who isn't a photo freak, there are no proofs lying around

It's just a memory for me, my family, and the people I grew up together with at that point in time

It should tell you that you do not really have to listen to people who talk about your body

Most of them aren't happy in their own skin that is why they try to make others unhappy with theirs as well

It doesn't matter if you are fat or skinny, if you want to add weight, you just need to follow healthy eating procedures, be happy, and worry less

Or better still, do more cooking even if you don't eat much, just spending time around preparing food has a way of making people gain weight without knowing
