Yeah, ignorance can be said to have an effect here.

Nigeria for example banned the use of crypto currencies and yet want to solve the issue of cashless policy. How can country like this not take crypto into consideration?

Obviously, they need to be properly educated.

In my last write up i wrote how Nigeria can solve cashless policy with crypto currencies which i believe if they can think about the advantages that crypto brings into consideration, it will go a long way to help the economy.
