Phew
I am guilty as charged
No one has infinite energy, and there's only so much we can do in one day.
This is a fact, but I always want to push myself pass the limit. I just say to myself, "you can do more than this, if you try it as often as possible, your body will get used to it"
very funny right?
We may find that if we exert ourselves too much in one area we won't have the energy to complete other tasks that we planned on
This is correct. I have one thing that takes my entire day, and even though I have others things, I would love to do, I simply do not have enough energy left to do them and that sucks
Some people have more energy than others, and some people can regenerate their energy faster or bank more than others for a rainy day.
I wonder how they do it. I would loved to try
Today is an extremely low energy day for me. Now sure where it all went, but I'm out of gas. Not sure what to write about either.
I am sorry about that. You just need to rest a bit
Find healthy ways to cope with short-term stress and attempt to eliminate long-term stressors.
I'll definitely do this. Thanks for the advice
It's often easy to know what we should do, it's another ask entirely to actually do the things. It's even harder to know what our own limitations are while prioritizing activity correctly and avoid burning out.
It's a whole lot of discipline to know the right to do, and actually push ourselves into doing them
On a real level we must get to know ourselves and be honest with our own limitations. The ego is not helpful in this regard.
As you have clearly stated, it all boils down to "man know thyself"
Our biggest focus should always be thinking about what we can do in our lives that benefits all other aspects of our lives
How do we do this? When you have given us the ironic by which life plays out in systems that we created and tried to structure in ways that could turn profitable to us
Take a look around. The world is simultaneously horrible and fantastic all rolled into this one weird experience.
Very true. Life is just like the two-faced of a coin
Sometimes reality is just a matter of perspective. What do we choose to focus on? Personally I'd like to focus on abundance over scarcity, and that means gratitude for what I have and the motivation to continue self-improvement.
Life is all about perspective, if we choose to focus on the negative, we tend to have negative results. If we focus on the positive, reality looks all the more positive to us.
If the answer is often times "fear" this could be a sign that we are living in scarcity, and perhaps that's nobody's fault but our own.
Amazing. I will always try to remember this last part. I don't want to live in either fear or scarcity at all. Thank you for this
