Another positive writing on Ego

We need our ego because it is a part of us that makes us whole, if we try to separate from it, we will become incomplete

If we allow society and the fact that we want to be accepted make us push our ego aside, we will never truly live a fulfilled life

Even though we may be termed arrogant, we need it so we can learn to love ourselves better

One who doesn't love himself will not be able to love another better

I guess maybe this is why the scripture said "LOve your neighbor as you love yourself". If we do not truly understand or figure out what it means to love ourselves, how then will be able to love our neighbors?

We should not try to break out of our ego nature, for it is who we are.
