Discovering that someone's peace and calm comes from another person's pains is.....I don't know what to say

I do know one thing, if someone is deriving pleasure or calmness by destabilizing another then such a human is a Virus

Such a virus needs to be eradicated and kept far away from other humans. They are infections by nature, and like any infections, need to be rooted out.

Such people unsettle and infuriates, it does no good to have them around

What we have to do is to avoid at all cost
