I must say you are right

Being late to a contest is one thing, you can bypass that if you want but being late to the rest of the things life has to offer can be so frustrating

Did you say you guys take care of how you use water? That sounds so weird. That is over here in my country, we use water as though it won't ever finish

In fact, we assume it is one of the infinite supply received from nature. Personally, on a happy day, I make sure I use two buckets (10 liters) of water to bathe.

Compare this to the rest of the folks who love water too. It would be crazy for us to live in your country and have to bear the thought of counting water, and its usage
