When the mother of Iyas bin Muawiyah died, Iyas shed tears without wailing, then he was asked a friend about the cause of his crying,
He replied, "God opened for me a few doors to enter heaven, now, one door has been closed."
That is, the parent is the gate of heaven, even the most central door among the other doors.
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said,
"PARENTS are the MOST HEAVEN DOOR, up to you, you want to abandon him, or you will take care of him."
(HR Tirmidhi)
Al-Qadhi said, "The purpose of the most central gate of heaven is the MOST MOST and HIGHEST door.
In other words, the best means by which one can take a person into heaven and attain a high degree is to obey the parent and take care of it. "
Be grateful if we still have parents, because in front of us there is still the door of heaven that is still wide open.
Especially when parents are elderly.
In a state of helplessness, or perhaps already forgetful, senile and seemingly fussy,
or unable to care for and take care of itself, just like a newborn baby.

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said, "What a disaster ... really wretched ... really wretched ..",
then Someone asked "Who is it O Messenger of Allah?"
He said, "It is the person who gets one of his parents, or both parents are elderly, but he can not go to heaven."
(Muslim)
He does not go to heaven because he is unfilial, disobeying his orders, not trying to please him, not easing his troubles, not keeping his word, and not caring for him when they are no longer able to live independently.
WHEN READING OURSELVES, WOULD WE DESERVE WE ARE CALLED AS A CHILDREN WHO BECAUSE? HAVE BEEN DESERVED WE ENTERED THE MOST CENTER OF THE HEART?
