The phenomenon that occurred when the General Election arrived, many of the politicians trying to campaign for him to be the leader by promising various programs for the welfare of the people, behind all that they have a very important goal that is to be elected by the people. Islam advises its followers to choose a trustworthy and just leader in a good and right way because a trustful and just leader will be able to prosper his people. In Arabic the word fair comes from al-'adl which means a midst. While in a just terminology is to equate something with another, both in terms of value and in terms of size, so that something becomes not one-sided and not different from each other. Fair also means taking sides or holding on to truth (Abdul Aziz Dahlan: 1997: 25). In the Great Indonesian Dictionary,justice is defined as equally heavy, impartial, impartial, and aligned with the right. Based on the idea it can be explained that justice is putting something in its proper proportion or putting things in the right place and giving someone something that is their right. Suggestion Applies Fair In Islam the advice to be fair is addressed to everyone indiscriminately. True words must be spoken as they are even though they will harm their own relatives. The imperative of justice must be upheld in family and society.As the Word of Allah swt in Surat an-Nisa 'verse 58, which means that Allah has commanded you to deliver the message to those who are entitled to receive it and order you when establishing the law among men so that you will judge fairly. Verily, Allâh teacheth thee best for you.
