How should content creation be rewarded to make it more fair for the authors and the Blockchain!
Its a very interesting and good topic, and I would love to share my aspect and view of it.Many hivers ask about where the reward pool comes from and how they are distributed to give each user a fair share of what is deserved. Everyone wants to know where the rewards come from and how it goes to the users.
On hive, there is a particular amount of rewards being given to authors and curators of a post, it can be daily and it cab also be weekly. The distribution format of the reward pool amongst author and curator is 50\50, this is done to encourage both author and curator for they value and importance they add to hive blockchain. This is dine the same way to the zealy campaign, the reward pool is shared between the initiators and the participants for they effort the put into making the Zealy Campaign a successful one.
How should the content creation be rewarded to make it more fair to the authors and the blockchain?
I'm my own opinion, contents creation should be rewarded by the quality and value of the authors post. To do things fair on Hive blockchain, I would advice that quality contents, and thos e content that bring value and that adds value to Hive blockchain should be rewarded very massively. When it is done this way, it would encourage both authors and curators to blog valuable posts that will bring more people and add value to Hive blockchain.
Zealy campaign is brought to also add value to Hive blockchain, and to make us familiar with different web3 sites.
