As a product of Africa, and as an African, and I also grew up here in Africa, so I am used to things that we do here, and I've found them interesting, Good and more of Respectful than some other countries.
I love and prefer the Africa food, than the Eastern food, because we prepare ours in a specific and unique way, which seems and looks enticing and sweet, we prepare most of our dishes in the local way. In Africa, we have different countries, and in the countries, we have different culture and tribe, and every tribe have a way of preparing their dish which is the most exciting thing about Africa, and we all prepare it in the best way.
In where I live, which is Nigeria, we have different cultures like the Igbo's, the Yoruba's, the Hausa's and lots more, the Igbo's prepares food like Akpu and Egusi soup, the Hausa's prepares food like Tuwo and Mia kerkeshi, and lots more. That is how all the tribes have different way of preparing their dish, and they call it Traditional Food.
The Igbo's use Cassava to produce Akpu, while the Yoruba's use the same cassava to produce Amala, so we can you the same raw food to produce different dishes, I also love the western food, but I love and prefer the Africa style, and I am looking toward to eating all the types of African dishes, so if you see me at your house any day, just know why I am there.
