Hello guys, it's another great week and I am very happy and excited to be here with you all. This is give students community week 64, and I am very glad to be participating with you all. I hope the week has been going well for you all because it has been going well for me. For this week we have been given an amazing topic that needs you to think well before you answer.
This week topic is all about if you are given the opportunity to manage hive for one day wath will you do. And for me it's a very Interesting topic because I feel I have many changes I would love to do in hive community to make it a better place for both the newbies and the old ones. The first thing I am going to do is to organise a hive contests, for everyone, and collaborate with all the active hive communities, and this contest is going to be organised in a way that it will favour everyone participating in it.
One of the thing that makes people especially newbies leave hive is that they don't know the rules or they are not properly thought about hive and how it works, so when they start making post and don't get upvotes they become discouraged, and eventually leave. So they contest will be more about hive and it will be used as a medium to teach them how hive works, and also the does and don't of hive.
I will also do anything in my power to see that the prize of hive increases so that it will encourage those people making posts everyday to keep it on. This are the few things I think I will firstly do. Thanks for stopping by, see you all next week. Bye.
