I do not like this saying not one bit, it is so counter productive, I du understand what message they are trying to get across with the saying but it is pointless and if someone takes the saying literally it could be really bad for them, so my suggestion to you is, do not listen to the saying live everyday like it is your last, because by that lifestayle you can bring your last day of your life bit closer to you.
