landscape photography - Mt Shasta

Since I've mentioned in previous posts that I live in a quiet mountain village with much less photo opportunities than the busy and eclectic San Francisco where I used to live a few years ago, I figured I should post a photo from my current location. This is a shot of Mt Shasta from Bunny Flat (at an elevation of about 6900 feet, or 2100 meters), the highest point that can be reached by car in winter time. Balancing stone stacks like these can be found everywhere and are to me an interesting photography subject.
