One thing, i don't agree with having the wavesmith in the last position.

He will take all the sneak attacks and if he dies everyone loses the armor buff.

I'm playing something similar (but i use sea genie because he has flying and already has 2 Magic dmg from the start)
And i place wavesmith in the middle, i would put medusa into the last position and the pixie before wavesmith.
