You have the information in the tutorial i believe, but as i summary it's like this.

The prize increased the longer the rave last.
They can last from 24hs to 4days as far as it was said, and when they finishes is random.
The hive rewards increases overtime, being 10 hive per full day.

The winning rave gets 75% the pool and the other 3 raves get 8,3% (25% divided 3 raves)
Then the amount each player is given is based on the percentage of fans from FA cards contributed to that rave, although it has one last calculation... You get a bonus for staying longer in the rave. So for example You placed 100 fans at the Very beggining of tha rave and someone else place 100 at the Very end... Yours 100 Will count as being more than just 100 for percentage calculations when the rave ends.
