It all started just fine, with a once in a lifetime opportunity, the UPC.

I realized that I haven't given any update on what's going on the homestead/garden, because after the storm that destroyed the greenhouse, I decided to give it a break haha.

After the storm, we also had floods, but nothing too crazy.

Ed: The water isn't that cold. I peed a little also...

What a great transition! As you notice we also have a little bit of fog, I was supposed to go record a song this morning, however I had to wait for the fog to dissipate, but more on this later.

The village's dog came to visit, and as usual it ends up in a competition of who can mark his territory the fastest. My dogs appreciate the game, and everyone is wagging the tail, true fair play.

It's of course easier to play at home, Jack is showing really good defensive skills preventing village dog to even attempt to score.

The action is stopped by the ref

Yes, it seems that he won't count the last marking, for an irregularity. The action continue...

Village dog attempts a veteran move, by pretending to lick his balls and score a point while the defense isn't looking, it lands right on the blueberry bush. 2-1

Jack is confused, and miss a chance to score another one and be ahead by 2, the score is still 2-1, and there is only a few minutes left, the ref announces 2 minutes of extra time.

Only one minute left, a lots of contact, rough exchanges, the ref is letting them play.

Beautiful defense, but village dog has maybe a chance to equalize on the last counter. He lifts his leg, that's his last chance...

Yes!!! It's an equalizer!!!

The ref is looking at his watch, this is it!!!! It's a draw 2-2, a really good result for the home team, stay tuned for our post game show!

Alright! Don't mind the potatoes, it's a thing around here.
I am tired of buying wood, and I see plenty of dead wood around the land, I've just sharpened the chainsaw at the shop, it's time to make sizable chunks, the conditions are awful, but the idea of a neat pile is quite comforting...

I took the dogs with me, we did a few trip, there and back. I didn't manage to cut all of it today, as I was planning on recording the song request later that I will release on Friday.

It's been 2 days I've been trying to shoot at a specific location, and for now it didn't look good and had few minor technical difficulties, so the whole day I had this on my mind, planning to record at sunset.

For the first time today, I can see that the sun is trying to pierce through the clouds, the heat might help clear the skies quickly. It's a pity because I don't want middle of the day light for the video, but either sunrise, or sunset.

One more trip and we should be good.

Jack at that point, doesn't even bother getting out of a car, he even stayed in there when I loaded the wood (insert joke).

Aluminum Madness Greenhouse

A month ago the greenhouse had a stroll god knows where, and it's all bent, I thought I could fix it, but meh.

So instead, I am going to dismantle as fast as I can, while providing you with a thorough documentation.

Alright, it's finally the end of the day, I can go record, I am so excited!
Nothing can stop me now, muhahaha! The equipment is loaded in the car, the phone is charged this time, the laptop too, I just have enough time to get to the location...

Ah... That was unexpected. I guess I'll watch the birds while I am waiting for the tow truck.
I think I'll record at home tomorrow, walking distance. 😁
