He is Adrian Lucky D. De La Cruz, a 10 year old boy from Rissing, Bangar, La Union. He is the 4th among the 5 children. He was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD DORV).
His family owns a small house which is located along the creek. The lot is owned by the government. The family's inclusion in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) is a big help to sustain some of their basic needs but despite this program the family is still experiencing difficulty especially at this point where one member of the family is in need of immediate medical attention.
His mother, Wilma is employed as a Carinderia Helper while his father is a part-time Truck Driver.
