So nice to read about all those names from the past. Some I also forgot about. And so true, those in the 70s and 80s, not well know by the masses, is now turned into mass market. The opening of the Kraftwerk track is so much in line with what we call Techno. What I notice when going out to clubs and festivals, some of the older generation DJs playing track from (their) past while the young generations go wild. Probably thinking: The music is new, different to what they usually listen to, or whatever they think. At least, I find it great to see young generations being exposed to music of decades ago and seem to like it. Kraftwerk, Visage and Depeche Mode I don't hear that often out in the wild though :)
