At first I thought, I shall bookmark this post so I'll be able to find the book at some later stage and read it.
Then I tought: Perhaps I read the book when I was a child, late primary school, early secondary school, when I read many such books. But then I discovered this book is published in 2009, about three decades past this time in life 😆
Based on your writeup towards the end, I'll skip this book! 😉
What you think of Jules Verne? Back in the days, I read - almost - all of his books! Loved it so much. But honestly, I can't recollect anymore the exact style of writing. Perhaps also more for children than for adults. But what I know is the fact I read those books cover to cover in very short periods of time and saw myself going to the library very often to get new books from his hands.
