I believe the world should be divided into two societies, territories if you will. The default one is for all peeps. All those who show respect for everything and everything may live in this territory. All those who somehow disrupt this free and respectful society will be sent with a one-way ticket to the other territory. Both territories are run by a dictatorship model in which the dictator is not a single person, but a group of peeps. I head one of the respectful territories. A friend likes to become a dictator as well, so I agreed with him he can head up the other territory. I believe... better said: "I Know!"... this is the best model and we shall seek implementation thereof.

Sorry :) Had to counter your post with some humour. Though the story is one that is a real one, meaning we've discussed this more than a few times while chilling with friends, mostly at after-parties when things usually get a little out of the ordinary {LOL}
