I'm with you: By now we know so much more about this Corona thingy that it's pretty strange many governments still continue the lockdown. Clearly, mostly only those elderly people having degraded health conditions are effected. Some say: mostly those who would've lived for just a little bit longer. In my country we had a soft lockdown (intelligent lockdown they call it, but not sure what the intelligent part of it was) and now slowely opening up again: schools are open again, hair dressers are allowed, outdoor terraces are starting in a few days, even indoor bars/restaurants are allowed, but all with 1,5mtr distance. I personally think the 1,5mtr outdoor is not required at all. I actually think we can open up completely again, Corona is dying out everywhere, regardless of what the local government lockdown policy was. End of my rant! hahaha

But I predict: It not the end of the world, not even as we know it...meaning as we knew it from before the corona thingy came to visit us. People are people and with the relatively low numbers of people effected, we will move this to the category of normal flu.
