There are plenty of times that September traded flat and it was still a good time to buy.
There doesn't need to be a dump.

That being said Bitcoin isn't looking particularly strong here and I expect support confirmations to come.
Right now $70k looks pretty good... which isn't so much a dump as a higher low.
