They certainly have been looking to centralize the decentralization.
And every time they've tried it's an abysmal failure because all the power lies within the decentralization.
Notice how nobody talks about Enterprise Blockchain anymore?
The same thing will happen to CBDC.
These are not real products with an actual use case.
