There are outflows because the people holding the ETF shares are panicking just like everyone else (more than everyone else because they are new to the crypto game). It's somewhat shocking to me that so many people expect their assets to go up at breakneck speeds forever. Price is up 300% in a couple years but this still isn't enough apparently.
