It's interesting that Ripple actually lost the court case.
The judge clearly ruled that the sales to institutional investors were quite obviously investment contracts.
Makes sense considering why else would institutions buy something like that except to expect a return from Ripple's work?
Of course everyone is focused on the sales to retail not being securities.
It's interesting what people choose to focus on here.
