I wouldn't be bummed at all.
No up means no down.

In my opinion it's not possible for alt season to be a bust "this cycle" because if alt season is a bust then either the cycle isn't over or it's broken out of the cycle.

Take Hive for example

If I was given the option for Hive to spike to $10 and then crash to 30 cents... or Hive doesn't spike and just goes slowly up to $1 over the next 4 years... I'd hands down choose the stable path every time. That would be way way WAY better for the network and growth over time.

If alts don't spike out of control at some point it means we don't really have to worry about that classic devastating bear market. That's totally worth the sacrifice for everyone except active day traders.
