A polished turd and a raw turd are both turds at the core. Did Obama have great character because he gave everyone false hope while speaking eloquently and had the appearance of someone with great character while casually joking about murdering civilians with drone strikes?

Does Trump actually have worse CHARACTER than other politicians?
Or does he just have a worse REPUTATION?
Serious question: I could probably be swayed in either direction.
