So as you can see I have gotten a little more life to my recent comission.
What I have done ia, I made around 4 layers of charcoal and smudged everything. The only problem is that it looks messy, but that is part of work, so I am not worried.
That is what gives that smooth, realistic look. No roughness
I made hundreds of small lines in the nose area aa you can see, I will try to make more close ups later too.
So far using only dark charcoal pencils. Used only one so far, which is pretty decent. Usually I could use up to 3 already
