Apparently many accounts that were active, at this time have completely abandoned Steemit, I'm thinking that at the beginning of the newsteem, this has taken a turn of 360 degrees. And I'm sure this is slowly affecting the great content creators.
Accounts that had such a high reputation have made the decision to stop completely and stop creating content, I can't guarantee that these users will return to Steemit, maybe they achieved their goal and now it's time to create new goals. Maybe the investment of time and money they invested in Steemit came to an end.
We always talk about Steemit users calling ourselves quality content creators, but what is quality content?
I've seen and read content that I think is quality content, yet this content has no visibility and its rewards are tiny.
I have seen other content that exceeds more than 500 votes and their rewards raise the 200 or 300 Steems of rewards, the sadness is that these accounts do not care about feedback, since in the comments section appears empty, and in others do not even respond to comments, and that say, not even thank the comment supporting with a motivational vote.
Sadly it is to see how accounts and users with high rewards and high reputation are only immersed in their own business, they are not focused on quality content, they are focused on how to collect the greatest amount of rewards, while others get nothing in their publications.
I myself have thought about how to increase the rewards in order to help the community, I have thought about how to help those small accounts stay motivated with a 100% vote either on their publications or on every comment they make on every content I share. Most of the Steem Power I have acquired with my own money, so this is not about how much money I can earn because all the Steem I acquire is to help more through votes. or donations.
Now I have also seen that users with great reputation complain when they receive a downvote in their publications, but how can affect an account that is worth zero to a high reputation account. I'm sure nothing at all, but people give negative votes because this way they know they don't agree with the content and rewards they receive.
Sadly it is to see how someone receives negative votes for their content and this asks a favor to another highly reputable to vote for him to regain the rewards that had their content.
So the work of the curators is not respected, is it?
The donwvotes section is useless if users are not free to use them when they should, we are aware that this section is to stop the abuse, and not to stop a content creator to continue doing his work.
If these highly reputable people don't like to get a negative vote on their content then this is no place for them. With the newsteem we are trying to encourage a new education.
It is sad to see how I delete accounts and accounts of more inactive users who no longer return, because apparently this does not look like a big family. This is seen as a struggle against all those who try to gain visibility.
It is useless if the change is not respected.
