Capital NZ: Wellington
One thing I really like about pinmapple is that you sift through your own photos here and there to make a good post.
Now I've come across New Zealand once again.
More specifically on the days in Wellington there.
Wellington is the capital of NZ and is at the southernmost end of the North Island.
We were only there for 2 days, but they were enough for us to realise that this is one of the most liveable cities we have ever visited.
Multicultural and relaxed.
The waterfront alone was a sight to behold. Where in the world is there such a small island in the most prominent place on the beach in the middle of the city?

And because it doesn't stand out, a colourful piano. Unfortunately I can't play the piano anymore, otherwise I would have used it.
But luckily someone else was able to do that.
For me, the small corners were also particularly worth living in.
Also in the centre, was this food avenue.
The popular sport of rugby is obvious. The All Blacks are, after all, the pride of New Zealanders. Unfortunately we didn't manage to watch a game.
And so incredibly colourful.
Then right on the border of Wellington there is another mountain and Charles Plimmer Park.

Etwas, was ich echt an pinmapple mag ist, dass man seine eigenen Fotos hier und da mal wieder durchforstet, um ein einen guten Post zu machen.
Jetzt bin ich wieder einmal auf New Zealand gestoßen.
Genauer gesagt auf die Tage in Wellington dort.
Wellington ist die Hauptstadt NZ und ist am südlichsten Ende der Nordinsel.
Wir waren nur 2 Tage dort, aber die haben gereicht um für uns festzustellen, dass dies eines der Lebenswertesten Städte ist, die wir je besucht haben.
Multikulti und dazu noch entspannt.
Alleine die Waterfront war ein Hinkucker. Wo auf der Welt ist denn am prominentesten Platz am Strand mitten in der Stadt, so eine kleine Insel?

Und weil es ja nicht auffällt, ein buntes Klavier. Leider kann ich nicht mehr Klavierspielen, sonst hätte ich es genutzt.
Das konnte dann aber zum Glück jemand anderes.
Für mich waren die kleinen Ecken auch besonders Lebenswert.
Auch im Zentrum, war diese Foodallee.
Volkssport Rugby ist klar. Die All Blacks sind ja der Stolz der New Zealänder. Leider haben wir es nicht geschafft, ein Spiel anzusehen.
Und so unglaublich schön bunt das ganze.
Direkt an der Grenze von Wellington gibt es dann noch einen Berg und den Charles Plimmer Park.
