I think that atm you cannot deposit HBD on Bittrex. I don't know the reason why it is on manteinance, nyt that happens from time to time... If you want to sell it at a higher price, the option that I currently see is Upbit, but not sure if that would be a good idea, but maybe it is worth the research.
Another option would be to change HBD for HIVE on the internal market: https://wallet.hive.blog/market, but there I'm not sure if the price is that high.
