Hello lovelies. Let me quickly share this picture with you all. Every crop has it's own time and season to produce. In this part of the world where I stay called Nigeria, it's time for this crop to produce and as soon as it starts, we are already waiting for it. The name of this crop is called Maize, also known as Corn. At this time, there's hardly no place especially the southern and eastern part of Nigeria that you will not find a woman selling this crop because alot of people in Nigeria love eating it and that includes myself. 😁😁.. I love eating it because it's a vegetable/grain crop and it's rich in Vitamin A, C and D, Carbohydrates and some percentage of protein.
There are basically 2 different ways to prepare it. It's either you boil it or you roast it and interestingly mine is the one that's been roasted because I prefer it over the one that's boiled.
