Hello friends
Hope you're doing great things today

Here is my new work of art
I drew a man breaking free. This can easily be linked to Galatians 5:1
[1]Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

I know breaking free from things can be tough especially when they are habitual. Here are a few tips that could help

  1. Identify Triggers
Recognize what situations, emotions, or people prompt the habit and find ways to avoid or manage them.
  1. Replace with a Positive Habit
Instead of just stopping the habit, substitute it with a healthier or more productive behavior.
  1. Change Your Environment
Adjust your surroundings to make it harder to engage in the habit and easier to adopt a new one.
  1. Use Reminders and Accountability
Set reminders, track progress, and involve friends or family to keep yourself accountable.
  1. Be Patient and Persistent
Breaking a habit takes time; expect setbacks but stay committed to long-term change.

I drew this using pencil colour ballpoint pens on paper

Below are the progress shots

Thnak you for visiting馃槉
