Yesterday I should have been sitting at my desk working all day, on the hottest day of the week, but I'd already reached 5k steps when I went for a walk after dinner.
I wore my ancient Nike Airs. One advantage of never running is that you won't wear out the soles of your sneakers. After searching for the SKU number, it turned out to be a pair of Nike Air Alate from 1998. A pair in new condition is for sale for €120. I'll keep them anyway.
