Nice! I dont have a Kraken yet....but I find 2 ways to use taunt (all magic/range/sneak/snipe/and opportunity monsters target them)

Try putting it in the front to protect squishier creatures in the back. OR put in in the back and laugh as everyone wastes time on it.
