For this one I wanted to make to central figure more eel like and make more of the wings. I tried to give the impression of energy following out from the centre, through the eel and wings.⠀

I simplified the inner square and coloured it black. The void from which light comes, pushing out through the chequerboard of nescience, to rise above effects and become the cause.⠀

Unfortunately there are a couple of smudges in the centre circle from when I rubbed out some pencil after going over in pen. Tears were shed, but I'm okay now.
