Reducing to 250 HBD/day is not a full solution. It is a first adjustment toward the current market reality. If liquidity and support keep weakening, then yes, we will have to scale down further.

The goal is to make that scaling intentional instead of chaotic: keep the most critical infrastructure alive, reduce what can be reduced, and keep pushing revenue paths outside DHF.

We would rather be honest now than pretend the same operating model can continue unchanged forever.
