That's so nice of you giving to the needy, yes you have to wait for sometimes for your body to normalize before you could get up that was why you felt dizzy and at that point someone will fall down if try to get up, ones I tried to give a friend's child blood it didn't match and despite they later bought from the hospital but that child still died, oh very painful.
