In life, there are very few ideals more so trade-offs and in investment, it's quite literally trade-offs. The problem is that sometimes you are trading off money for experience for some purchases you make and that's all right so long as you can live with yourself in the end.

I guess that is the psychological aspect of it all. Included in this is the fact that there is no FOMO without the hype and if it is all hype then you are in it for a very fun ride with experience. I just hope we don't go on joy rides with really important money
