This birthday I remember like it was yesterday...

Well, maybe it's because it was just yesterday. It is almost as if this week's contest's makers had it planned for me, but that would be ojoro if you asked me.

My day started days before yesterday, with @young-boss-karin sending me about $7 worth of DEC. I could already sense that it would be an amazing one.

By midnight @nazam called me and we spoke for about an hour about my plans while I finished up a graphic design.

I've been in Nnewi Anambra State for about 3 months now and I have been away from friends and family while I figure out the trajectory of my life.

I got a video call from @babaj that was later hijacked by @belemo. I basically struggled to even have my bath while replying the many messages. I finally decided to stop replying them if not I wouldn't be able to.

In my feelings

I had plans of leaving Nnewi North to visit a friend in Nnewi South but I largely relied on how I felt about the day to make my decision.

I decided not go because I had a lot of work to do and messages were filling up my phone and I normally do not have enough time to reply to all of them on a normal day but I took out time to go through each.

I ate at a close-by restaurant...it was a nice plate of fried rice chicken and salad.

After that, I struggled with Network to reply to messages until I slept off.

I woke up to find out my phone was on flight mode cause it had been turning it off and on all day and after 3 hours of sleeping, there was still no network.

I went to eat the second meal of the day in the same restaurant and invited some of my fellow doctor friends over... only one showed up cause he wanted to learn more about Hive...

I played #splinterland and replied to messages some more.

Few last calls

I and @the-polymath talked like boyfriend and girlfriend till the really late hours.

My elder brother whose birthday it is spoke with me till the @nazam called

Then @nazam called later in the evening. We talked and gossiped like people in a relationship are supposed to.

It was a beautiful day doing absolutely nothing but reply to texts and talking with friends...

I never knew I was missing out on so much when I was being stern and being stock up. Some years I would even switch off my phone.

This year I for gifts from @young-boss-karin, @nazam, @belemo, @wolfofnostreet, @bhoa, and Freeman.

I'm grateful for life and all the love that I could see with my eyes...I don't know why when people die everyone says that they are not celebrated until they die...I can understand you saying that about Micheal Jackson cause he was a JW...but me? When I die...let it be quiet they've shouted my name enough make my corpse no die from headache.
