Greetings and a warm welcome to my post. The earth, our home nutures life and growth allowing us to live in harmony. Nature's beauty has captivated human for a long time, from the drawing of a beautiful scenery, to artistic expression and drawing, nature has been a source of inspiration to many including me. So today I will be participating in the diy monthly contest by crafting a cardboard tree to represent the element earth which allows us to connect with nature's beauty and significance. The diy cardboard tree serves as a symbol of our relationship with the earth inspiring harmony and sustainability.

MATERIALS
• cardboard
• scissors
• gum
• ruler
• pencil
PROCEDURE
step I
Firstly, I began my craft by starting to peel my cardboard surface to give me a lighter cardboard and then I measured 7 cm x 3 cm on it and cut it into 16 pieces.

After doing that, I then started folding and cutting them into long small pieces to give me the required shape I want.

Using my cardboard and gum, I then made a long piece of cardboard with the length 1.5 cm x 18 cm.

After doing that, I then began to gum my folded cardboard to the long piece which I made to have the shape of a leaf.

I then followed the same process to achieve more five cardboard leaf's.and then I gum them together with my black tape.

I then keep my leaf's aside first, and then I began to make the root of the tree by cutting my cardboard and fold it into a round long shape.

Here I then cut circular cardboard into two pieces and made a hole in center of one of the circular cardboard.

After making that, I the attached my long cardboard which I made to the circular cardboard and gum both the two circular cardboard and the long cardboard together.

After doing that I then gum my cardboard leaf's to the top of the cardboard and I also attached some cardboard to the body of the tree to make it look like stems.
After finishing with the necessary process required here's my final result.
Crafting nature's beauty through the representation of a cardboard tree 🌲 inspires creativity and reflection on our relationship with the natural world.
