Hello again, community! 👋
For this new series of wallpapers, I decided to dive deep into 2D vector art. I wanted to play with depth, gradients, and solid silhouettes to create landscapes that felt immersive yet clean enough not to clash with screen icons.
As always, I really enjoy the process of sitting down at a blank canvas and building every geometric element and vector from scratch.
Here are the three designs in this collection:
- Purple Sky
A highly minimalist and dreamlike composition. Flat colors, geometric clouds, and a soft contrast that gives it an almost retro feel.
- Mountain Night A landscape structured around triangles and various layers of blue tones. The silhouettes of deer and birds bring the scene to life while preserving the tranquility of the night.
- The Encounter (UFO Forest) I wanted to give this one a bit of a sci-fi twist. I worked with a turquoise-to-deep-blue gradient for the sky, a dense forest in black silhouette, and the vibrant contrast of the light from the descending UFO.
