I don't know how she's living at all and me even asserting her status is wrong of me :(

I can imagine what she's feeling too. She looked so out-of-place, scared, helpless almost.

I've never understood with how much food that gets thrown away at grocery stores because it's a day away from the printed-on expiration dates or had dented packaging, how these stores can't just preserve the food somehow, collect it and have a central distribution of that food or have that food be picked up by charity/NGO types?

Nobody should go starving when there is so much to give all around us but the world gets crueler and more dark every day it seems.

I'm praying every day for a miracle.
